Single Crystal Analysis by XtaLAB Synergy-ED
The XtaLAB Synergy-ED is an electron diffractometer optimized for the acquisition of electron diffraction images of microcrystals, jointly developed by Rigaku Corporation and JEOL Ltd. It is equipped with Rigaku’s high-speed and high-sensitivity photon-counting detector (HyPix-ED) and the state-of-the-art 3D ED/MicroED software CrysAlisPro for ED, which covers everything from measurement to structural analysis, enabling anyone to easily perform better single-crystal electron crystallography. The diagram above shows the result of structural analysis of a Diflubenzuron (C14H9ClF2N2O2) micro-crystal analyzed directly by Synergy-ED.
