XtaLAB Synergy-ED Official Website Launched!

We launched XtaLAB Synergy-ED official website on Monday, August 21, 2023.

XtaLAB Synergy-ED is electron diffractometer jointly developed by Rigaku and JEOL.
By integrating the flow from selection of measurement samples (nanocrystals) to
data collection and analysis, electron diffraction structure analysis can be easily used
by non-specialists who lack the expertise in electron microscopy and crystallography
that is conventionally required.

On the official website, you will find solutions and application notes for research and
development with XtaLAB Synergy-ED. The site also features a gallery of analysis data from a variety of fields, including pharmaceuticals and new materials.
